Tenant Liaison Advisor

Location: PE30 4NG, Kings Lynn

Salary: Circa £18,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 6 Month Contract, 37 hours pw

Reporting to the Admin and Scheduling Manager you will be responsible for involves investigating and resolving customer and 3rd party complaints and disputes, providing a superior customer experience and fair outcome.

Tenant Liaison Advisor Responsibilities:


  • To handle complaints and enquiries from tenants, and deal with them in a professional and caring manner.
  • To log complaints/comments/suggestions on the appropriate system as soon as they are received.
  • To process complaints, once logged, in accordance with the relevant procedure, ensuring timescales are met, and monitoring the quality of the response.
  • To recommend resolutions to complaints and enquiries and monitor their implementation to ensure both timeliness and quality are maintained.
  • Take responsibility for achieving the required key performance targets for the service.
  • To liaise with all internal operational departments and external contractors involved in the provision of services to customers on the behalf of Property Services as needed to investigate, respond to and resolve complaints.
  • Produce performance information on all complaints (and Enquiries) received by Property Services and provide analysis as required by the business.

Tenant Liaison Advisor Requirements:


  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Preferably you will have experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
  • A full UK driving license is desirable.
