Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Cwmbran

Salary: £15,500 - £17,500

Job Type: Full Time 35 Hours (in-house)

Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm

Main Purpose of the Quality Assurance Officer:

As a Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for all the quality monitoring and reporting in the business.  You will be accountable for your own daily workload, and provide detailed quality and compliance documents whilst in line with business requirements.

The candidate should be focused, meticulous with details and able to plan and organise their day.  If you are able to trust your own judgement and decision-making skills, and are looking for a new challenge then we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities Quality Assurance Officer:

  • Impartially assess and audit calls based on specified markers
  • Ensure call handlers adhere to company values and expectations
  • Understand our regulatory framework and monitor calls accordingly
  • Required to concentrate for long periods whilst marking calls

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Officer:


  • Ability to plan and organise your daily workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Reliability and flexibility shown within the role
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Judgement and decision-making
  • Customer service orientation
  • Data collection, management and analysis


  • Industry knowledge
  • Experience of working in quality department preferable (not essential)
