Outbound New Business Account Manager

Location: Preston

Salary: £25K (OTE 60K)

We are searching for a talented, energetic sales person for the role of Outbound New Business Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven closer who is dynamic, forward-thinking and relishes a new challenge.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Outbound New Business Account Manager:


  • Working towards challenging monthly profit targets
  • Making a minimum 50 Outbound B2B calls per day to new customers to increase new business sales revenue/profit
  • Fact finding about their current suppliers and spending habits
  • Use your knowledge of our products to help customers make the right choice
  • Recording all sales activity within Salesforce
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring that all customer requirements are dealt with promptly

Essential Requirements for the Outbound New Business Account Manager:


  • A minimum of 2 years outbound telesales experience is essential
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Confident and determined approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and achievement orientated
  • Positive and ‘can-do’ mind set to reach your goals
  • Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed within a growing team

It’s essential that you are able to demonstrate sales skills but most of all, personality and attitude are important in this role.  You must be driven to succeed and be prepared to be adaptable in the workplace.  Whilst having a passion for vaping would be a plus, we are happy to consider applicants who are new to the industry, if you have the passion to learn.
