Location: Birkenhead

Salary: £23,856

Status: Permanent

Hours Per week: 37

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Team Leader to join our busy Facilities Management Team.

The office is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby.

Purpose of the Facilities Team Leader:

The role of Facilities Team Leader reports directly to the Facilities Manager and has responsibility for managing a small team.

The overall purpose of the role will be to develop, manage and maintain excellent facilities management service at Partnership Building. Responsible for providing effective guidance and support to the Facilities Team and helping to create an environment in which staff deliver a high quality, customer focussed and efficient service.

In the absence of the Facilities Manager, to occupy the Facility Management office to ensure that the smooth running of Partnership Building is a priority. Working in conjunction with other areas of the business to ensure that all work at PB is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety statutory requirements and standards.
