Design Studio Coordinator

Salary range: £18,000 - £20,000

Location: Tonbridge

Reporting to: Design Studio Manager

Purpose of the Design Studio Coordinator:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and intelligent Administrator to join our growing team in Tonbridge to provide full traffic management and administrative support to the Design Studio team.  We’re looking for team-players with hustle who want things done yesterday.

Essentials of the Design Studio Coordinator:

  • Daily management of the Studio Job planner.
  • Carry out administrative work for the Design Studio team, assisting team members as necessary.
  • Assist with monitoring and maintaining the Design Studio mailbox 
  • Assist with the communication across departments to ensure all relevant design briefs are understood and allocated to the correct designer.
  • Communicating with external printers for quoting and print management.
  • Support the team by ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and proofing of artwork before leaving the Studio

Requirements of the Design Studio Coordinator:

  • Solid, proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage deadlines and timelines in a busy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both face to face and in writing
  • A good understanding of written english for artwork proofing
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite of Apps would be Advantageous.
  • Previous experience of working in a design studio or similar would be an advantage
