About the Customer Care Professional Role:

Work with the Project Manager and Sales Team in the delivery of positive change to our client’s customers alongside the roll-out of new solutions and products.  Develop and deliver user education and learning material to support project delivery.

Build positive, long-term relationships with customers and work with service and sales colleagues to enhance the customer experience through the duration of the customer contract. 

Drive to achieve targeted levels of changeable professional service utilisation around training and audit activities.

Successful Customer Care Professional will have a passion for teaching people skills that are directly relevant to their professional success.

Customer Care Professional Responsibilities:


  • Ensure customers have a good understanding of the full functionality of our client’s supplied solution / products
  • Develop and deliver complex training solutions tailored to customer requirements including the creation of professional e-Learning and video training material
  • Consult with the client to agree training plans and then deliver to agreed timescales
  • Work together with the Project Manager to win hearts & minds in the change process around delivery of the client’s solution
  • Maintain personal knowledge around our client’s range of solutions and products 
  • Assess the impact of each educational course on staff performance and client satisfaction 
  • Assist the Marketing Department in educating the salesforce around sold solutions 
  • Product manage the delivery of print audits to our client’s clients
