Digital Marketing Manager
Up to £45,000 Per Annum

Our client is a rapidly growing foreign exchange company with headquarters in central London. They offer a comprehensive range of foreign exchange products and services. Their business is built on exceptional customer service and always putting the customer first. 

The Digital Marketing Manager Role
They are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the creation and execution of all digital marketing strategies and initiatives including SEO, Google AdWords, email marketing, and other customer acquisition campaigns. This is an opportunity to lead your own campaigns and shape marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for our software
  • Content creation for multiple mediums – lead generation campaigns, social engagement, brand awareness, user guides, inbound/outbound campaigns
  • Write original marketing material e.g. blog posts, whitepapers
  • Create company marketing material e.g. website updates, datasheets
  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • Maintenance of Google AdWords campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in delivering agreed activities
  • Liaise with in-house or external creative designers to design marketing materials such as product sheets and adverts
  • Run the social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support large marketing projects like mobile app, website and CRM
  • Write copy for marketing collateral including brochures, letters, emails and websites
  • Understanding our services and customer needs
  • Assisting with ongoing competitor analysis and reporting
  • To analyse and provide feedback on campaign performance against key performance indicators
  • Drive online usage and readership through the promotion of online content

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Manager Role

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in a similar role or ready to step up into a more senior position
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 2:1 degree or higher in a related field (e.g. Marketing, English) or CIM qualification
  • Must be organised and flexible to work effectively across a range of clients and projects at once
  • Experience in SEO and PPC, including implementation and optimisation
  • Experience in Google Analytics and other tools to provide customer insight
  • Fantastic attention to detail is a must
  • Desire and ambition to learn, improve, and progress your career
  • Excellent copywriting/copy editing/optimisation and content creation skills
  • It is desirable to have experience working within the financial industry, specifically FX
