Customer Care Executive

Location: Castlecary, Cumbernauld

Salary: up to £18,500 per annum

Hours of Work: 39 hour week (M-T, 0800 – 1630, F – 0800 - 1530)

Our specialist manufacturing and recycling facilities in Castlecary and Fife have allowed us to be at the forefront of innovative developments and award-winning practices within the industry.

This is a varied and exciting role suitable for an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Customer Account Executive to join us on a permanent basis.

Based at our Head Office in Castlecary, Cumbernauld and reporting to the Customer Care and Servicing Manager you will be part of a small team, playing an active role in supporting our growing business.

Customer Care Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers to co-ordinate and allocate appointments for surveyors and installation teams; ensuring the system is updated and all supporting documents are prepared.
  • Ensuring regular communication with customers to resolve queries and any complaints.
  • Producing an installation program and keeping customers / tenants updated on a weekly basis.
  • Liaising with Estimating, Production, Surveyors, Site Managers and Despatch Department on a daily basis in order to update program.
  • Administer requests for quotations and work with the Estimating team to ensure these are completed.
  • Processing all incoming Service Team requests into the relevant systems.
  • Working to achieve set targets and KPIs.

Customer Care Executive Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong IT capability.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Experience within manufacturing or construction industry is desirable.
