Client Relationship Manager

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £35000 - £40000 per year OTE for year one is £50k including basic salary plus excellent benefits

Well-established and prosperous SaaS company Publish Interactive is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to provide top-class care to its clients.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will be a key part of our talented and enthusiastic commercial staff in order to ensure our clients receive the very best customer service.

Experience working in a SaaS environment would be advantageous; however, the main thing is that you must be an effective communicator capable of identifying client needs, nurturing relationships, delivering excellent rates of client retention, and developing upsell opportunities to help both us and our clients to grow.

We have a fantastic office location at No.1 Aire Street, accessible via Leeds railway station. Publish Interactive is a fast growing, award-winning software company serving the B2B publishing sector.

The Client Relationship Manager role:

You will have ownership of all Publish Interactive’s client accounts, and will be responsible for ensuring good client relations to aid our recurring revenue growth.

Duties include:

  • Understanding customer needs and drivers
  • Negotiating renewals and upgrades
  • Analysing usage stats and feature adoption data
  • Developing proposals with clients and preparing the appropriate contracts
  • Understanding customers business models and growth plans
  • Regular travel for face-to-face meetings
  • Dispute resolution
  • Keeping Salesforce up to date to ensure clarity between all business functions
  • Facilitating dialogue between Technical and Commercial teams
  • Supporting the Finance team with financial issues
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a happy customer journey
