Bilingual Customer Service Advisor – Swedish
£16,000 Per Annum

Our client is a well renowned and established Customer engagement specialist business and is part of a large and diverse group of businesses that operate across many separate sectors including media, financial services, legal and software development. With offices in London, The Midlands, Wales, The North of England, and India, the combined businesses employ over 450 employees, that are focussed in providing our customers with high quality products and services, that are backed up with rigorous customer service and care. 

You’ll be joining their extended team of colleagues at an exciting time, as we are expanding and investing in new business ventures that will extend the range of products and services for our customers. 

They are currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Advisor speaking Swedish, the role will be based from their Wolverhampton contact centre which is based within easy reach of the city centre.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide first contact resolution to customer by utilising resources available
  • Ask effective and appropriate probing questions to understand the underlying customer needs
  • Identify customer needs and interest in products/services through questioning
  • Demonstrate high-level of product knowledge
  • Acts as the brand ambassadors for client’s product
  • Self- evaluates call quality in association with Team Leader and Trainer/Coach
  • Identifies personal training needs and skills gaps in association with the team
  • Leader/Trainer/Coach and works with Team Manager/Trainer/Coach to increase individual performance
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits as requested

Working hours: 30-37.5 hours per week between Monday – Sunday (07.00-20.00)

Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor Role

  • Must be able to speak & write Swedish
  • Experience of Customer care call centre environment
  • Fully commensurate with basic customer service processes
  • Customer need analysis
  • Conflict resolution
  • Effective listening/questioning
  • Communication skills
