Job Description

Our client are the large franchisee and are expanding their store network in the London area.

They are looking for Assistant Store Managers who can make a difference to join the team in their Camden store.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, and build strong customer relationships
  • Maximise customer opportunities by communicating, motivating and developing yourself to achieve Company objectives and KPI’s
  • Follow the Cash Converters buys and sales process, ensuring full customer understanding and accuracy of completed transactions
  • Generate new business in store
  • Resolve in store customer complaints, and refer to management when appropriate
  • Prioritise and organise tasks effectively, ensuring flexibility to meet the day to day demands of the business
